How would i check if my package is insured for shipping?
To check if your package is insured, log in to your Secureship account, go to your Shipment History, select the shipment, and review the Package details section. If a declared value is shown (e.g., "$300 insurance"), then insurance was requested through the carrier.
Please keep in mind that insurance is provided directly by the carrier and depends on several factors. Some items—like liquids, perishables, breakables, personal belongings, etc. —are not insurable. Coverage also requires proper packaging and valid proof of value.
